Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Since every item is made to order and often customised (embroidery, printing, etc.), processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the design and current workload.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will keep you informed in case of any unusual delays.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden delivery fees—what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
Orders in metro cities are usually delivered faster. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer timelines.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Partners
We partner with reliable third-party courier services to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time. A tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships. Use the link provided to monitor the status of your delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we may charge a reshipping fee.
Missed or Undelivered Packages
If a package is undelivered due to refusal, unavailability, or incorrect details, our team will get in touch to reattempt delivery. In some cases, a redelivery or restocking fee may apply.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Share clear photos of the outer packaging and the product. We will evaluate the case and offer a replacement or suitable resolution.
