REFUND POLICY

At Mostly Custom, each order is individually crafted to your specifications—whether it's custom embroidery, printing, or personalised design. Because of this made-to-order nature, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed and processed.
We encourage you to double-check all customisation details, spellings, size selections, and image uploads before placing your order.
No Refunds or Cancellations
All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow cancellations once an order is confirmed, as each product is customised uniquely for you and cannot be resold.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error that is our fault:
- 48 hours of delivery at mostlycustom.in@gmail.com or via WhatsApp
- clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
- free replacement of the affected item(s)
Replacements will only be processed if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
We Do Not Replace Items Due to:
- Wrong size selection by the customer (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
- Minor colour or design variations (due to screen differences or embroidery thread tones)
- Customisation errors made by the customer during order placement (e.g., spelling mistakes, incorrect uploads)
