Delivery & Shipping

When will my order arrive?

Each piece is made to order with care, so please allow 4–6 business days for production before shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its journey to your doorstep.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges are based on your location and the size of your order. You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you make your payment. We also offer free shipping on qualifying orders — keep an eye out for promos!

How is my order packaged?

Your custom embroidery is carefully packaged to keep it safe and in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly materials whenever possible, and every order is packed with love and attention to detail — just like the embroidery itself.

Customisation & Order Policies

Can I get my order exchanged?

Since each item is personalised, we unfortunately do not offer exchanges. Please double-check all custom details before placing your order.

Can I return my order if I dislike it upon arrival?

We do not accept returns for customised products. To avoid surprises, we share mockups for your approval before production. That way, you know exactly what to expect!

Can I cancel my order once placed?

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, work begins on your custom piece, and cancellation is no longer possible.

What happens if I add the wrong personalisation details?

Please double-check your text and spellings before checkout. We cannot offer refunds or changes for errors entered during ordering. If you notice a mistake quickly, reach out — we’ll help if production hasn't started yet.

What if I receive the wrong order or there's a mistake?

If we made an error (wrong product, incorrect customisation, or defect), we’ll fix it with a full refund or replacement. Just contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos.

Sizing & Bulk Ordes

How to determine the correct garment size?

Please refer to our Sizing Guide to find the perfect fit. We recommend checking measurements before ordering, as customised items can’t be exchanged.

Are there different sizing options for men and women?

No — our garments are unisex for a comfortable and inclusive fit. Be sure to check the sizing guide for the best match.
